How we work

  • Weather minimums that protect the work

    We fly when conditions earn the result, not when the calendar says to. Reschedules happen, and they protect the deliverable.

  • We turn down jobs we can’t do well

    Survey-grade, thermal, LiDAR, and budget single-flight work get referred out. The narrow scope is on purpose.

  • Local airspace and conditions

    Bemidji, Brainerd, Park Rapids, Duluth: controlled airspace, lake-effect weather, the working calendar of a tourism economy. We know the region.

  • Five-business-day standard turnaround

    Most one-time projects delivered within five business days, in branded folders with consistent naming, sized for web, social, and ads. Rush delivery available.

Spring schedule

Resort and lake-property shoots book out in February and March.

The May window for northern Minnesota aerial work is the most competitive of the year. Properties that want strong marketing imagery before peak booking season need to be photographed before crowds arrive and before operators fill their spring calendar. A note on fit

This isn't the right fit for everyone. If you need survey-grade measurement, thermal inspection, LiDAR data, or a quick bargain listing flight, we'll happily point you to someone who does that work well. We focus on the projects where craft, regional knowledge, and a steady hand make the difference, and where the deliverable is worth doing right the first time.
