Commercial Aerial
Commercial Aerial Photography
Premium photo and video for businesses that need stronger visual assets.
Most northern Minnesota businesses are underselling themselves visually. Ground-level photography shows a building or a parking lot. Aerial photography shows the property in its full context — the water it sits on, the site it occupies, the scale of the operation. For a marina, a dealership, a lakeshore restaurant, or a commercial facility with meaningful acreage, that context is the selling point.
A half-day commercial shoot is designed to load your marketing pipeline for the next twelve to eighteen months. You walk away with a deep photo library, edited short-form video, vertical clips for social, and a set of web-ready thumbnails. One shoot, organized and delivered, handles your website refresh, your social calendar, and your ad creative in one go.
We plan every shoot around your specific use cases before we fly. If you need a new hero image for your website, ad creative for a Facebook campaign, and a sixty-second reel for Instagram, the shot list is built around those deliverables. Nothing is left to chance and sorted out in post.
Why aerial
Ground-level photography cannot show scale, site context, or the relationship between a business and the landscape around it. For any property with significant acreage, waterfront access, or a setting that is part of the pitch, aerial is the perspective that communicates what you actually have.

Questions about this service
-
What does a commercial shoot include?
The Commercial Aerial Essentials package includes a half-day shoot, 20 to 25 edited photos, 4 to 6 raw video clips, and 2 edited vertical clips for social. The Commercial Visibility Package (our most popular starting point) includes a half-day shoot, 40 edited photos, 8 to 12 raw video selects, 3 edited vertical clips, and one 30-second web or social cut.
-
How long does the shoot take on site?
A half-day window is usually 3 to 4 hours on site. We use that time to cover the full property from multiple altitudes and angles, get ground-level establishing shots where useful, and capture any specific shots you have in mind. For most commercial properties, that is more than enough coverage.
-
Do I need to be present during the shoot?
For most commercial work, you do not need to be present. We confirm the shot list and any access requirements in advance, then handle the rest. If there are locked gates, specific areas you want prioritized, or on-site staff who need to know we are coming, we coordinate that before the shoot date.
-
What file formats do you deliver?
High-resolution JPEG for photos. MP4 for video, color-corrected and exported at 1080p or 4K depending on package. Vertical clips delivered at 9:16 for Stories and Reels. All files are named consistently and organized in a branded folder by deliverable type.
