We run two site visits per month on the Construction Owner Update package and confirm the flight path before the first visit. Every subsequent visit follows the same angles from the same altitudes so progress is visually comparable across months. Monthly recap films are cut from each visit and delivered in an owner-ready format — something you can share at a progress meeting or email to a banker without any additional production work.

When to commission
Start at the earliest active phase of the project. Documentation taken at groundbreaking or early excavation is the most valuable — you cannot go back and capture what was there before. The archive is only as complete as the starting date.
Not right for everyone
Survey-grade measurement, engineering documentation, LIDAR or topographic data, or projects that only need a single one-time shot rather than recurring coverage.

How often are site visits scheduled?
Construction Progress: Standard includes two visits per month. Construction Progress: Lite includes one visit per month. We recommend Standard for projects where meaningful progress happens weekly and owners are actively engaged. Lite is a fit for slower-moving projects or those with smaller documentation budgets.

What does a monthly recap film look like?
A 30 to 60 second cut showing the month's most significant progress moments, set to simple music and exported as an MP4. No voiceover, no graphics package — just the footage, organized and edited. Designed to be shareable at a project meeting or by email without any additional work on your end.

What if there is no visible progress in a given month?
We still fly. The dated archive has value regardless of visible change — it documents the state of the site at that point in time, which matters for insurance, lien waiver, and documentation purposes. We will note in the delivery if the visible change was minimal.

Can I add annotated overviews?
Yes. Annotated site overviews (top-down photos with labeled zones, structures, or progress markers) are available as an add-on. These are particularly useful for communicating progress to non-technical stakeholders like project owners or investors who want to understand what they are looking at.
