Why aerial

Scale is the core problem in commercial property marketing. Buildings, industrial sites, and multi-acre parcels cannot communicate their true value from ground level alone. Aerial removes that limitation and adds context that ground photography cannot provide: highway proximity, site relationships, parking ratios, access points, and the surrounding business environment.

When to commission

Before a listing goes live, before a lease renewal campaign, or before an investor presentation. Summer and fall light are both strong for exterior commercial work. We can work year-round.

Not right for everyone

Residential MLS photography, properties under 5,000 square feet that do not have meaningful site acreage, or inspection-grade documentation. We focus on marketing imagery, not condition assessments.

  • What does the Commercial Property Showcase include?

    A full aerial shoot covering the property from multiple altitudes and angles. A minimum of 20 to 25 finished, retouched photos. Web-ready JPEGs and print-ready high-resolution exports. A short set of video selects. All organized and delivered within five business days.

  • Can you provide aerial imagery for a LoopNet or CoStar listing?

    Yes. We deliver in formats compatible with commercial listing platforms. High-resolution images for print, web-optimized versions for digital listings, and video clips for platform-specific video requirements. If your platform has specific upload requirements, let us know in advance and we will match them.

  • Do you work with brokerages on multiple listings?

    Yes. We work with brokerages and property management companies that have recurring aerial photography needs. For accounts with three or more listings per year, ask about preferred pricing. We also offer consistent visual styling across a portfolio so individual properties look like they belong to the same collection.

  • Can you include ground-level exterior shots as well?

    On request, yes. Most commercial photography packages focus on aerial coverage. If you want ground-level context shots — entrance signage, loading dock access, landscaping details — we can add those to the shoot plan. We do not do interior photography; we focus on exterior and aerial documentation.
