These terms cover your use of this website. The terms of an actual shoot, including deliverables, scheduling, and how you may use the imagery, are set out in the written agreement for that project.

What this site is
This site describes the aerial photography, video, and site documentation services Minnesota Drone offers, and shows examples of past work. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote, or a commitment to take on a project. A project begins when we have agreed scope and terms in writing.
Imagery and content
All photography, video, text, and design on this site belongs to Minnesota Drone or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, republish, or use it commercially without written permission. Client work shown here appears with the client's agreement.
Imagery we deliver on a project is licensed to you under the terms of that project's agreement. Those terms govern what you can do with the files, and nothing on this page changes them.
Scope of our work
We provide visual documentation: photography, video, and exterior property imagery. Our deliverables are for marketing, records, and visual reference. They are not certified surveys, engineering assessments, or inspection reports, and they should not be relied on as a substitute for a licensed surveyor, engineer, or inspector.
Flight operations
All flights are conducted under FAA Part 107 by a certificated remote pilot. Scheduling depends on weather, light, and airspace authorization, none of which we control. Where a shoot requires airspace authorization or property access permission, that has to be in place before the flight. We will not fly in conditions that would compromise the result or the safety of the operation.
Accuracy
We keep this site current and accurate as best we can, but we make no warranty that everything on it is complete or free of error. Descriptions of services, turnaround, and coverage areas may change. Availability of any particular service is confirmed at the time of quoting, not by this page.
Links to other sites
Where this site links out, we are not responsible for the content or the practices of the site on the other end. The video reel on the work page is hosted by YouTube and is subject to YouTube's own terms.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Minnesota Drone is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or from reliance on anything published on it. This does not limit any obligation we take on in a signed project agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, and any dispute arising from them belongs in the courts of Beltrami County, Minnesota.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one posted here, with its date at the top.
